Check Your Friends Current Activities on Twitter

I was reading magazines on computers and technology one morning, when I read about Twitter. A new site that quickly gains popularity these days. It is simple, very unique that I easily got addicted to it.

What are you doing right now?

This idea was originally created by the famous blogging big guy, Evan Williams. Yes, no other than the man behind Pyra Labs/Blogger. After he sold his own blog hosting site (that was probably $50,000,000 as rumored) to Google, Williams is now back with a new program called Twitter.

Twitter is widely used to track your friends current activities. There is only one question that you need to answer, and that is 'what are you doing right now?'. You have only 140 characters to put in your message box to update all your buddies connected to you. You can tell them what you are doing at the moment and you can track theirs too. Yes, this is how simple the program works. Another good feature, is that you don't only send your message through Twitter but also by your cellphones and IM. That adds extra ease for everybody on giving updates to their friends.

So what are you doing right now? I think your buddies want to know the answer. Why don't you use Twitter? It's the best way to be in touch with your friends by just answering one question.

Summary:
1) Create an account to get started on Twitter.
2) Inform your friends and add them to your list.
3) Get informed with their current activities.
4) Send yours too, for them to know.
